There is no App Store download. The app is installed directly from your browser using the built-in Add to Home Screen feature. Below are the exact steps for iPhone and Android.
iPhone · Safari
Safari is required on iOS — other browsers cannot install PWAs on Apple devices.
- 1 Open cybmatic.com/mobile/ in Safari.
- 2 Tap the Share button (a square with an up-arrow) in the toolbar.
- 3 Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
- 4 Confirm the name (Cybmatic) and tap Add.
- ✓ The Cybmatic icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app.
Android · Chrome
Chrome works best. Samsung Internet and Firefox also support it via the same menu.

- 2 Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right of the browser).
- 3 Tap Install app (older versions: Add to Home screen).

A modern web app, installed like a native one
Why isn't it on the App Store or Google Play?
The Cybmatic mobile app is a Progressive Web App (PWA). It uses the same technology as every major web app but can be installed like a native app. No store approval, no wait time, no 30% platform fees — just a direct install from your phone's browser. Every major bank, airline, and exchange has one.
Is it secure?
Yes. The app is served over HTTPS on our own domain, authenticates via JWT with your existing dashboard credentials, and never stores your password on the device. It communicates with our API gateway over TLS, the same way the desktop dashboard does. No third-party app store is involved.
How do I get updates?
Automatically. The app checks for a new version every time you open it and applies updates in the background. You never have to manually update.
Does it work offline?
Partially. Recent data is cached so the app loads instantly on reopen, even before reconnecting to the network. Real actions and fresh data require an internet connection.
Does it support notifications?
Not in the first version. It's a monitoring and review tool. Push notifications are on our roadmap — let us know if that matters for you.
How do I uninstall?
Just like any app — long-press the icon on your home screen and choose Remove App (iOS) or Uninstall (Android). Your data and login remain intact on the server and you can reinstall any time.
