1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Cybmatic ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Platform. This document is a draft and will be reviewed with legal counsel before publication.

  • Account data. Email address, username, and authentication details you provide when requesting access.
  • Configuration data. Parameters you set for your automation strategies.
  • Integration data. Wallet addresses (public only) and API/agent keys you supply to connect exchanges — stored encrypted.
  • Operational logs. Execution events, order placements, error logs, and dashboard activity.
  • Technical data. IP address, user agent, and general device/browser information.

We never collect private keys or seed phrases. We never take custody of funds.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Platform
  • To execute automation according to your configured parameters
  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Third-party service providers that help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, email)
  • Exchanges you have authorised, strictly for executing your configured strategies
  • Authorities when required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and operational requirements. Logs may be retained longer for security and audit purposes.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. You are responsible for securing your own credentials, wallet, and agent keys.

The Platform uses only essential technical storage (e.g. localStorage for theme preference, sessionStorage for authentication tokens). We do not use advertising cookies on the public site.
