4. Automation and Execution

- Authorise automated execution based on your settings
- Accept that trades may be executed without further manual confirmation
- Acknowledge that system performance may vary due to market conditions, latency, or technical factors
5. No Financial Advice
All content, tools, and data provided by the Platform are for informational and technical purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or personalised trading guidance.
6. Risk Disclosure
Trading digital assets and financial instruments involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all capital. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results, market conditions can change rapidly, and automated systems are not guaranteed to be profitable.
7. Account and Integrations
To use certain features, you may connect third-party exchange accounts. You are responsible for securing your API keys and credentials. The Platform does not custody your funds. All trades are executed through third-party exchanges. We are not responsible for exchange failures, API issues, or third-party service disruptions.
8. Fees and Billing
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. No performance-based or profit-sharing fees are charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Free Trial

10. Service Availability

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
